Store & product data

With your authorization, we read your Shopify product catalog and order history to rank products by criteria such as best-sellers, new arrivals, and low stock. We do not access customer personal information.

Instagram (Meta) data

When you connect Instagram, we access only what is needed to publish on your behalf: your professional account's basic profile (username and id), the ability to create and publish posts and carousels, and post insights (such as reach, likes, and saves) to show you performance. We store an encrypted access token to do this. We do not read or store your direct messages, and we do not access Instagram shoppers' personal information.

Account & usage data

We store your configuration, generated posts, and basic usage data needed to operate the Service and your billing.

2. How we use information

• To select products and generate posts according to your rules.
• To publish content to your connected Instagram accounts.
• To provide analytics, support, and improve the Service.
• To process billing through Shopify.

3. Sharing & processors

We share data only with the platforms required to deliver the Service — Shopify, Instagram (Meta), our AI image and hosting providers — under appropriate data-processing terms. We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. When you uninstall the app or disconnect Instagram, we delete your store data and Instagram tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. For step-by-step options, see our Data Deletion page.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, scoped access tokens, and least-privilege permissions to protect your data.
